What are some options for registered nursing careers outside the hospital forum?

I have done nursing administration, staff nursing, teaching, staff development, and education. I am thinking about some alternate form of nursing–maybe computer-based?

What about Hospice or Home Health care? Also they use nurses in social work.
Just a blue-sky thought - would any of the Web 2.0 health endeavors need professional advice from nurses? (For vetting/checking information, etc.)?
Also, how about crossing the line into working with the insurers? Personally, it would bore me to tears, but it certainly wouldn’t be hands-on patient care.
Anyway, hope you find what you’re looking for!
Don’t know about computer based but you you could work in schools or on-site in various factories.
Home care, hospice, nursing homes, school health, prison nursing, clinics, insurance (doing physicals), industry (things like being a drug rep), community case management, cruise ship nursing, hyperbaric centers, healthcare infomatics, working in homeless shelter clinics. There are lots & lots of options.
