Where can I find a complete listing of Federal educational financial aide?
kimearnheart1968 asked:
I need some information on where to find more federally funded aide for college education, preferrably grants. I am trying to get a Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration online. My husband is totally disabled and I have been unemployed since Jan. 2006. We get only $1000.00 a month for a family of 4. I do not have the means to pay for my education. I am already having major problems paying for this year’s tuition expenses. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Talk to a counselor in your colleges financial aid office, they will be able to help you.
go to the career guidance couselor at your school…. they will help you! its what they get paid to do… help keep you in their school!
Mexico has all the answers. They know our system better than we do. Try there.
Well, for grants in general (not necessarily educational) you can always try
For Federal Student Aid (FSA) information, you should straight to the source — – which will lead you to the Student Aid website,
The truth, though, is three-fold:
1) There aren’t as many different FSA programs as you may think (you’ve probably already applied for most of them just by completing the FAFSA: Stafford, Perkins, Pell, SEOG, FWS, ACG, SMART).
2) Most other federal programs won’t have a separate application. It isn’t like applying for a scholarship and waiting to see if you’ll be selected. Of the few of awards with separate applications (such as Byrd and Javtiz), it doesn’t sound like you’d be eligible (as a Hospital Admin. bachelor’s candidate)…
3) Just because a program exists doesn’t mean that your school administers it.
As such, your best bet is always to work with the Financial Aid Office at the school you attend. They will let you know if there is a certain type of aid that students in your major/program usually qualify for.
this isnt by the government, but fastaid.com has a ton of scholarships from all over that you can apply for
